Upon full payment and completion of contractual obligations, ownership of final deliverables may be transferred to the client as specified in the agreement. However, underlying libraries, frameworks, and reusable code remain protected under company ownership.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NewHopeSoftware shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, software, or delivered solutions.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data corruption, business interruption, system failures, or any damages resulting from third-party services, integrations, or external dependencies beyond our control.
7. Termination
NewHopeSoftware reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of breach of contract, non-payment, misuse of services, or any activity that violates applicable laws or agreed terms of service.
In case of termination, the client remains responsible for all outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date. Certain obligations such as confidentiality and intellectual property rights may survive termination.
